meet the pastors
Curt Bradford has served as lead Pastor for Riverbluff Church since 1988. He is married to Joyce and they are the parents of Jason (married to Renee); and Heather (married to Jimmy Tyson). Joyce and Curt became grandparents in 2004 with the birth of Jimmy, again in 2006 with the birth of Emma, a third time in 2008 with the birth of Emerson, and a fourth time in 2009 with the birth of Ellie. Curt received his Bachelor’s degree from Gardner Webb University and his Master’s from Southeastern Seminary. He also studied at Southwestern Seminary and Vanderbilt University. Curt loves running, the Gamecocks, the Steelers, restaurants, and chocolate.

Joe Still, Community and Growth Pastor, has served on the pastoral staff of Riverbluff Church since 1988. A Charleston area native, Joe came to know Jesus personally in 1977 through the ministry of this church family and three years later they affirmed God’s call on his life to ministry. In 1983 Joe married Kathy Nettles; they are the parents of a daughter, Kaitlyn (1988) and a son, Taylor (1992). Joe received a B. A. in Religion from Charleston Southern University in 1985. He enjoys all water sports, hiking, going to the movies with his family, eating DARK chocolate, reading anything Dallas Willard writes and helping people follow Jesus with full devotion!
Terry Feil, Family Ministries and Student Pastor, has served full-time in Student Ministry at Riverbluff since 2000. Terry received a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry at Charleston Southern University in December 1997. He is married to Tammy and they are parents of two boys, Jacob (1997) and Benjamin 1999).Terry enjoys spending as much time as possible with his beautiful bride and two sons. He enjoys working out, playing basketball, and ultimate frisbee. Terry loves reading, learning, leading in worship, preaching, participating in mission trips, and teaching people how to walk with Christ and make a difference in their world.

Mike Bruggeman, Worship & Arts Director, joined the Riverbluff staff in 2009. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Mike moved to Charleston in 2004 after receiving his Bachelors of Science in Pastoral Ministries from Toccoa Falls College. He is married to Kristin and dad to Emma (2006) and Logan (2008). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing with his kids, cooking (well pretty much anything that has to do with food), and being with friends.

Matt Tyler, Director of Missional Living, has been on staff at Riverbluff since 2010. Matt is married to Laura Tyler and has two lovely daughters, Haley (2005) and Ana (2007). Matt received his Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Ministry in 2007 and served with New Tribes Mission for three years. Matt enjoys surfing, running, reading, the beach with his girls, and long trips with his wife. He is passionate about seeing every believer becoming involved in what God is doing throughout the world.
