Serving at Riverbluff
Most of the regular functions of Riverbluff Church are carried out by volunteers. In fact, without volunteers the huge majority of what we do would go undone. As a part of Riverbluff Church, you may serve God by serving others in the regular ministries of the church.
The best way to determine where to serve is by talking with the leader of that ministry and determining how you may help. Here is a partial list of ministries that require volunteers and the contact person for that ministry:
RIVERKIDZ (Children’s Ministry)
This ministry serves our children from babies to 5th grade. This ministry functions primarily during weekend worship services, Wednesday evenings, or other times as needed.

DRIVEN (Student Ministries)
This ministry equips teens from 6th grade through 12th in Christian living.

IMPRESSIONS TEAM
This team exists to insure that people,have a good experience when on the grounds. The team is made of several other teams: Welcome Team, parking team, hospitality team, decorating team, and ushers.

WEEKEND SERVICES
This ministry is made up of several teams that are involved in the weekend services. This includes musicians, singers, production teams, video production, drama, sound, & video production.

PRAYER
This ministry is an intercessory prayer ministry praying for our church leaders, members, and others requesting prayer.

OFFICE
This team consists of volunteers who help the office staff in the administrative needs of the staff and congregation. Skills are computer entry, graphics, website, stuffing programs, counting, publications, promotions, etc.

FACILITIES
This ministry works to maintain the Riverbluff and Midland Park facilities. Varying skills are needed.

MEN’S MINISTRY
This ministry serves to equip men and provide opportunities for fellowship, growth, and service.

COLLEGE AND YOUNG ADULTS
This ministry serves college and young adults providing opportunities for fellowship, growth, and service.

This ministry serves seniors with fellowship opportunities, activities, and spiritual growth opportunities.

MIDLAND PARK COMMUNITY MINISTRIES
This ministry serves the low income people of the north area. The goal is to break the cycle of poverty. Services include basic human needs (food, clothing, financial crisis), educational needs (tutoring, etc) and other needs.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY
This ministry helps people overcome hang-ups, hurts, and habits that have become destructive.

SMALL GROUPS
This ministry exists to help Christians develop intp Fully Devoted Followers of Jesus. We believe growth happens best in the context of biblical community. Needed are small group leaders, hosts, and teachers.

This ministry helps mothers of pre-school children form relationship with other mothers through small group and large group activities.
